Roosevelt Leon  Anderson
Roosevelt “Pop/Fallout” Leon Anderson, age 59, of Atlanta, GA went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, May 7, 2018 in Forest Park, Georgia. He was born on August 15, 1958 to Wilbert Anderson Sr. and Bennetta Anderson in Jacksonville, FL. Roosevelt graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in Jacksonville, FL. at the age of 16 and continued on to receive a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Florida A&M University (FAMU). He worked for Integrity Transformations Community Development Corporation in Atlanta, GA.

Roosevelt confessed Christ at an early age at Day Spring Baptist Church of Jacksonville, FL. where he was baptized. He was a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Roosevelt was preceded in death by his father, Wilbert Anderson, Sr.
 
Roosevelt is survived by his loving mother, Bennetta McCalister; children, Monique Loushell Brailsford (Jermaine) and Nicholas Mance Credle of Boston; stepchildren, Tatianna Newbern, Christopher Oliver Sr., Tamickqa Johnson, Donovan Johnson; grandchildren, Kiriyonna Brailsford, Kalyce Brailsford, Justin Brailsford, Christian Newbern, Christopher Oliver Jr.; brothers, Ronald Jefferson of New York, Wilbert Anderson Jr. (Lucille), Darrick Anderson; sisters, Yvonne Smalls of Delaware and Elaine Anderson; devoted friend, Lorna Angela Anderson; aunt, Mary Francis Williams of New York and numerous devoted nieces and nephews.

Pop can best be described as a loving, cheerful, outspoken, and highly energetic person who made sure he left an impression with you after he left your presence. He was named in “Outstanding Young Men of America in 1984” and loved being a part of the best band in the world “FAMU Marching 100"
