Mother Mozella was born October 18, 1930 to Aaron Hill, Sr. and Sallie B. Turner Hill in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mozella met and married Howard Bess in 1948 and from this union her only child, the precious and wonderful Sandra “Sandy” Sherrylean Bess was born. She later met and married Solomon Williams, whom she shared much love until his death.

Mozella accepted God at an early age. She was a member of King Solomon United Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor William Barker. She later moved her membership to Higher Ground COGIC, under the leadership of Elder T L Brisbane, Sr. Pastor, where she was affectionately known as Mother or Mother Mozell.

Mother Mozell was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron and Sallie B. Hill; her loving husband, Solomon Williams, her only child, Sandra S. Bess; brothers, Johnnie B., Amos, Aaron B. and Thomas Hill.

Mother Mozell leaves to cherish her memories: a sister-in-law, Annette Hill; nieces, nephews, cousins and many other loving family members and friends.
