My deepest sympathy to the family. I know there are no words to ease the pain of losing someone so loved and precious. The death of a loved one especially a baby so innocent is never easy for any of us to cope with, but we have the assurance of our Heavenly Father that he will comfort us in all our tribulations.(2 Corinthians 1:3,4) As a parent my heart goes out to you. I pray you find comfort in these words at Revelation 21:4 it says, "God will wipe the tears from our eyes, and death will be no more, neither mourning, nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things will have passed away.

Words can not describe the feeling that came over me when I heard about the baby. I remember seeing him walking down the breeze way between the 2 building at church on Sunday 09/23 and I immediately thought to myself, "Oh he's walking now." I have said a prayer every night and every morning for everyone(sometimes more often). My heart simply bleeds for everyone.

I can only imagine the sorrow and emptiness that the entire family must be feeling after such a heartbreaking loss. I remember the day Calen was born. I remember where we were all at and the events that were taking place. We were in Ft Jackson SC during basic combat training and it was during one of our field training days. Corzell was about three people behind me in line awaiting his turn to complete the training when DS Schoner yelled for him to come forth with a battle buddy. DS Schoner then proceded to inform him that his wife had just given birth to his son. Honestly that was such a great story , just to be there and the whole mood and attitude changed. I swear he did everything after that with 200% more effort. Buddy you and your family are in my prayers and thoughts as you go through this tough time in life. Just know God loves you and your wife and Calen. Rest In Peace Little Man.
