Robert Lee Jackson was born on June 6, 1936 Robert Lee and Odessa Jackson in Davisboro, Georgia. Robert attended the local schools in Georgia. He confessed Christ at an early age and attended Pierce Grove Baptist Church. He later met and married Louise Jackson in Georgia.
Robert departed this life on Wednesday, October 11, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Odessa Jackson; siblings, Sidney Whitfield, Sara Flemming, Amos Jackson, John (JB) Jackson, Melvin, Margie, Jack and Annie Mae.
Robert is survived by a loving wife, Louise Jackson; sons, Roosevelt Jackson and Willie Ross; daughters, Alice M. Ross, Diane Razor, Linda Samuels (Sheldon); brother, Elbert Jackson (Annie); sisters, Wilahmenia and Eugenia; sister-in-laws, Leola Gamble and Carolyn Gamble; son-in-law, Sheldon Samuels; grandchildren, Earl Ross, Shenita Brown (Keith), Erica Razor (Therman), Tyneshia Stephens (Red), Rudolph (Bill) Terry, Markese Razor, Willie (Bo) Ross (April), Natalie Taylor (Kelly) and Corey Ross; a number of great-grandchildren; great great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends; a special friend, Al Madison.
